A great place to either get yourself a bit fitter and keep the old body moving. Or for the younger of us to get into shape.. staff also extremely helpful and willing to help where ever they can, be it just a program for you to follow, to training to where ever your goals are..
Great gym, Mo and the team are excellent. Ideal for indoor rowing and good personal training options available from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also very kid friendly when I have had my 9 & 13 year olds with me.
Great gym if you just want to work out and don't need all the fancy stuff like sauna, steam room etc. Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. It's an attitude-free space, with friendly members of all ages and all levels of fitness. So no-one's going to judge you if you're only just starting out or have got a bit out of shape.
