Having recently bought a car from elsewhere which needed an MOT almost immediately I took it here . It failed it's MOT. The guys here couldn't be more helpful. As the point it failed on was deemed dangerous and really shouldn't be driven until rectified they advised me to take back to where I had bought it from as it was only 2 weeks in my possession and should not have been sold to me in that condition. They gave me lots of advice on my rights and what I should expect them to do etc. Went above and beyond my customer service expectations. I asked them for a quote for the work which they gave me but rather than encourage me to let them do the work and take my money they were helpful and encouraging for me to seek the problem to be solved by the original garage sellers or my money returned. Would highly recommend . Only wish I had bought from there instead !
