Once you do your training you go on to doing your annual Assesment, if you fail your assesment they charge you 30 for every assesment you do.I have called the call centre and asked why they charge for every exam When IMI gives you 3 changes to pass your initial assesment.The lady that picked up the phone coudnt anwser my question so she passed me on to another lady, she was arguing with me saying i am such a unprofesional mot tester how can i fail the exam.She told me that if i have done the training i should of passed, also said what do you want from us you want another exam for free?After arguing with me for half hour she was shouting down the phone and was very very rude. When i asked why they charge for every assesment she said to me that this is some think the goverment has introduced. After the phone call i called up DVSA and was told this was nonsense. So a week later i decided to call back just to see if i will get an anwser to my question. I have lived the same secanario, as last time the lady picked the phone up then the phone got passed to another staff member without making me aware that she was passing the phone. She started to tell me off on the phone as i am a little child and started shouting at me.She was sharing information of they other customers to me on the phone asking if i have called before. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH childish and unprofesional behaviour.NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.If you want to do your MOT annual Training go to IMI You pay once and you get three changes for assesment
I was there 2015 for my MOT course, had a great experience and got the qualifications, was there again just couple of weeks ago for a hybrid cars course and passed the exam, all thanks to Ian and Paul who were great in teaching also Andy and Donna in the office for the booking and all other paperwork. Thank you all again very much and I wish you all a lovely Christmas and a happy new year. You are the best.
