Great curry, best takeaway in Hockley
Up until yesterday I would have rated this restaurant as a 5 star but unfortunately my husband had a really bad experience. There were no problem with the food itself, in fact we have generally always ordered our take-always from there. However, my husband, who is a vegetarian, ordered a salmon dish, which was extremely well done, in fact slightly blackened, just as he likes it. He took a couple of mouthfuls, which was covered in masala sauce, only to realise it was in fact, chicken!!!When he called them they were happy to replace the meal but as my husband had been sick he didnt feel like eating another meal!!There was no offer of another meal at another time or compensation for their mistake.Needless to say we wont be ordering from there again!
