Ive I could give none I would they dump the delivery on the door step rude lady when asked to ring the bell so we can get the delivery, she doesnt ring the bell or knock she has come twice in one day before and threw a box at my door and drove off then came back with a bag saw the box wasnt taken in and dumped the bag on top of the box she then sat in her car for 30-40 seconds drive off this was at 3.06pm school had finished I had 2 school kids attempting to take it but left it when they saw it was a bag of catheters we have neighbors with cctv so thats how we know the timing, the lady is so unprofessional rude and a let down to the company
Forgot to get my prescription and used the emergency 111 service. I was told to contact this pharmacy as they would be dealing with my emergency prescription. Obvious from the initial phone call this guy was despondent about the initial work it was going to cause him. I asked how long he needed and he confirmed one hour. I turned up just after the hour, was kept waiting for an additional 40 minutes whilst he prepared the prescription. Told me he needed to ask me loads of questions but he only asked my doctors name! Poor service, lack of customer care and complete arrogance all round. Finally got a short supply of anti-depressants but wouldn't ever use them again. Suggestions to the pharmacist, don't sign-up for supplying an emergency service if it's something you can't handle. Secondly, customer service isn't about telling the customer how much additional work they have caused you because of their own error. Poor all round.
