First class service. Andy knows his stuff. He is polite and clearly explains PC problems and how he he has repaired them. A nice bright and clean shop.Andy in Hockley must be rhe best place in Essex to have your computer or laptop fixed.
I can't recommend Andy highly enough. Always friendly and helpful even when he's up to his ears with repairs. He was able to retrieve my files which I thought I had lost forever. The shop looks really nice since the recent refit. Hockley is lucky to have him, not many places left like this these days.
The majority of the machines for sale in store and on their eBay shop have unlicensed and cracked versions of Windows software on them. For example, this Windows Vista machine has Windows 10 Pro installed.Illegal, would not use.
