Never a problem to get an appointment. Receptionists very professional, helpful and pleasant.The doctors I see are always willing to listen and help, referring you to other professionals when needed. All in all the best surgery, staffed by the best people.
Fully wheelchair accessible
By far the worst Doctor I've ever been to I told the receptionist when I phoned that I need to talk about 4 problems I had said that's fine even told them the problems. The doctor was rushing me out the door saying she had other people to see and I've already been with her 10 mins so I'd have to make another appointment??? Surely that makes no sense I would have been there 2 mins longer and I wouldn't have had to take up anymore of there time with another appointment?
Tried for 2 days to get an emergency appointment, only to be told, no and go to a different surgery. As a cancer patient I find this disgusting.
