Despite recent low ratings. I found the practice excellent. I was in extreme pain from a bad tooth. They arranged an a emergency appointment the very next day. Despite the staff being under a lot of pressure with seeing patients coming and going and thetelephone ringing constantly they coped extremely well. The dentistI saw was excellent. And I have no problem in highly recommendingthis practice.
Usually a good service however today when I arrived there were many new staff whom I had not seen before. My appointment was at 11.45 am.... After sitting there for 45 minutes and no apology for the dentist being late or held up with a previous patient I told the receptionist that I was not willing to wait any longer. New staff seems to equal poor service......
Extremely friendly staff and I saw a fantastic Dentist. I went in as an emergency on a Saturday and was seen very quickly. Highly recommended.
